Jordan Griffiths is our Director whom you will be dealing with. Jordan is a fully licensed builder with 14 years experience in his trade of Carpentry. Jordan has also obtained Bachelor of Construction Management degree.
Griffiths Home Modifications offers building consultancy services to Clients, Occupational Therapists and Funding providers.
Griffiths Home Modifications is a registered NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS) provider for home modifications. We are also experienced in delivering Aged Care Home Modifications projects.

WORKING WITH AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
We can engage an Occupational Therapist on your behalf. Or if you are already working with one we will consult with them.
The Occupational Therapist will work closely with you, your family and carers to understand your needs and challenges brought on by ageing. The Occupational Therapist will look at the way you live, access requirements, on-going needs as well as your past and current strategies for managing barriers to enable you to stay in your own home.
Typically, an Occupational Therapist will then consult with Griffiths Home Modifications to conduct a joint home modification assessment to develop a solution that is value for money. Each home modification is based on your needs , in your home , and to comply with the Australian Building Code and relevant standards.
The purpose of a joint Occupational Therapist/Builder home modification assessment (‘building consult’) is to work closely with you the client to ensure the final design is completed within your budget and consideration is given to client needs, existing building issues, building guidelines and any other compliance requirements.
